As our name implies, Just Jazz is a unique, specialized live jazz music service based in New York City, dedicated to providing only the highest quality music for corporate events, benefits, weddings and other personal celebrations.  Our ensembles are made up of experienced professionals that provide elegant renditions of songs in the standard jazz repertoire by the great composers of the 1930's and 1940's such as George Gershwin, Cole Porter, and Irving Berlin.  

Our musicians also have the ability to play music from the classic jazz era of the 1950's and 1960's featuring great artists such as Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, and John Coltrane. In addition, Just Jazz ensembles can play the smooth Brazilian sounds that became so popular in the bossa nova era of the 1960's, represented by the compositions of Antonio Carlos Jobim and others.

Finally, our musicians appear in many concert-style events where members showcase their original compositions.  Such original groups range in style from straight-ahead jazz combos that appear in New York City jazz clubs to the S.O.S. Organ Quartet that plays the funky grooves of '60's soul music to the Ori Kaplan Trio-Plus that performs free jazz at the Knitting Factory.                                                                  

Because each event is unique, we provide combinations of musicians to match the acoustics of the room, the number of guests attending the event, and the mood of the evening.
